This information is sent to us in an encrypted form and is stored on a secure server. This information enables us to process your order.

This sensitive information is held only as long as necessary for us to meet our obligations to you and the credit card companies.

AS REQUIRED BY THE UK DATA PROTECTION ACTS OF 1984 AND 1998, WE FOLLOW STRICT PROCEDURES IN THE STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ALL INFORMATION WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN US IN ORDER TO PREVENT UNAUTHORISED ACCESS.

ii) Mailing Lists

When you register a new account you are also asked if you wish to receive correspondence from ourselves. It is set to no by default, but if you do select to be on the mailing list you will receive only correspondence from us and no other third party. You can sign up for this without registering an account by signing up to the newsletter on the homepage.

If you wish to be removed from the list you can either unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of every email we send or send us an email stating you wish to be removed from the mailing list to sales@toolsave.co.uk

THE MAILING LIST INFORMATION WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE PASSED ON TO ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY.
