The Lumberjack 1/2" Router is engineered to deliver powerful performance with its high-output 2200W motor, while still providing smooth, controlled freehand routing. It features a newly designed linear ball-bearing guided plunge system, which significantly improves on traditional plunge mechanisms that can suffer from sideways movement. The ball-bearing guides ensure an exceptionally smooth, low-friction plunge action that is light enough to operate with one hand.
With a maximum plunge depth of 70mm, the router travels through its full range smoothly without excessive play or resistance, helping achieve greater routing precision and control. Fine depth adjustments can be made quickly and accurately using the micro-adjustment knob, offering 0.1mm resolution with clearly marked graduations. A three-position turret depth stop and graduated depth scale allow users to preset up to three cutting depths, making it ideal for step-cutting or multiple pass routing tasks.
