Unlike traditional straight knife systems, the helical design delivers cleaner cuts with significantly less tear out, even in highly figured or interlocked grain. The reusable blades are easy to rotate and replace, offering extended lifespan and reduced downtime. Switch between two automatic feed speeds 4 m/min for fast stock removal, or 7 m/min for silky smooth finishing. Coupled with a fan assisted chip ejection system, your work area stays clear of debris, enhancing visibility and cutter efficiency. The cast aluminium base is precision machined for maximum flatness and stability, capable of handling material up to 330mm wide and 152mm thick. With an automatic carriage lock, material removal gauge, and turret depth stop, this machine makes repeat cuts fast and reliable, without the need for constant recalibration.
